How this website handles your information.
What the consultation form collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and what this site does not do.
Consultation requests
When you submit the consultation form, the site records the information you enter: your name, work email address, organization, optional phone number, organization type, area of interest, optional software interest, and your message. It also records the date and time of the request and assigns a reference number.
This information is used only to review and respond to your business inquiry. It is stored in a private, access-controlled inbox available only to CareMetric administrators. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for automated marketing.
Retention
Consultation requests are deleted automatically twelve months after they are received. An administrator may delete a request sooner once it has been handled.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social-media embeds. A single session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in to the private inquiry inbox; ordinary visitors receive no cookies.
To protect the form from abuse, the server applies short-term rate limits using a one-way hash of the requesting network address. That value is kept in memory only and is not stored with your request.
Third-party services
Page typography is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads. No other third-party scripts or embedded content are used on this website.
Security
The production website is served over HTTPS, applies browser security headers, validates every form submission on the server, and restricts the inquiry inbox to authenticated administrators.
Protected health information
This website is for business inquiries only. Do not submit patient names, medical records, or other protected health information through the consultation form. If an engagement requires access to protected records, that access is arranged separately under the appropriate agreements and safeguards.
